single father with 2 looking to relocate to g-ville
I am a single father of two children (6 and 8, 1st and 3rd grades). Any recommendations on areas to look at. We are coming up in early April to get a closer look. We are relocating from Florida where the construction is becoming nonexistant! I am an electrician and would love some information on any area electricial contractors, etc... Any ideas as to the rate of pay there also!!!!  |

You're quite welcome, glad I can help. Sorry, but I don't know anything about which schools are the best. Maybe someone else could chime in and help you... or you may want to do a search on the threads regarding school districts. Good Luck !

Simpsonville has some great schools if you can get in the Oakview district. Also, closer to downtown, the Augusta Circle elementary is a good district.

hi, to the man with the two children moving from Fla, this may sound funny to you, but there is a show on A&E called flip this house, it is on Sat. evenings, the guy that is on the show does house flipping and real estate in the Greenville South Carolina are, his name is Richard, his company is called Trademark Construction , maybe he would be looking for an electrician, my husband and I started watching it because we want to move to the Greenville are from NY... Just a thought!

I think I have seen the program also and the company is Trademark Properties and they are in Charleston. I will see what I can find with the name Trademark Construction, thank you for your help!!!

good morning, It is called Trademark Properties according to my husband. My husband said if yu look on the A&E website there is a link to Trademarks business. Have a great day and good luck.
