This is from Greenville county's web site regarding after school programs:

http://www.greenville.k12.sc.us/dist...ools/after.asp

Other good places to look at are the 'Y' and Sunshine House. They used to have vans that picked up kids at the school. Not sure if they still do this or not. You'd have to inquire.

Simpsonville covers quite a large area. Where you live will determine what school your children attend. I think there are 10 elementary schools that children in the Simpsonville area attend (Oakview, Mauldin, Bethel, Bell's Crossing, Bryson, Plain, Ellen Woodside, Fork Shoals, Fountain Inn and Simpsonville). Different after school programs pick up at different schools. I think (not positive) that the schools all have after school programs. Other places I can think of include Simpsonville Karate, the "Y", Classy Kids, Spike's and a number of churches in the area. When you look at places to live, you should be able to look up the school assignment on the Greenville County School website. You could then call that school to find out which programs pick up at that school.

I hope this helps you in your search for information. This really is a nice, family-friendly area. We hope to stay here for a very long time.
