Default What is the best Chinese restaurant in Greenville, SC?

I would love some Greenville Chinese resturant recommendations. We have been to Lieu's and PF Changs, but would like something a little cheaper to bring the kids to. We have a 4 year old boy and a 2 year old daughter adopted from China. Thanks!

Check out Azia and Doc Chey's which are both next to Whole Foods Market.

AZIA is definitely not going to be cheaper than P.F. Chang's, g-man.

That's what I was thinking (about Azia). I am looking for a place to take a 4 and a 2 year old as well, so nothing too fancy. Thanks!

I love Doc Chey's - a very small regional chain, based out of Atlanta:
Doc Chey's Noodle House

Kids eat free on Wednesday's!

Cheaper and more flavorful food than PF Changs. Can be loud at times. Better atmosphere for kids. Limited wait staff (need to hire more servers!). Don't forget your Karma Card .

I was going to post what drfranklin did, i.e. that kids eat free at Doc Chey's on Wednesdays. My granddaughters love going there!

We like China Garden Buffet on Orchard Park not too far from Haywood.

My Chinese wife particularly likes to Mongolian bar where you can choose all sorts of veggies and have them stir fried in front of you.

Note that ethnic Chinese don't like what passes for "Chinese food" in America. Ask my wife, she would say too much fat, too much fried, and too much meat (which are all unhealthy by the way).
