Within a 20 minute driving radius of Greenville, including Greenville itself, where would I want to start looking?

150-215K price spectrum.

Older or newer construction. 2-4 Bedrooms.

Would like to have a yard & a garage.

Low Crime is of the upmost importance.

Hmmm. I would say the Five Forks area of Simpsonville as well as Greer, Mauldin and Taylors.

Also, williamston, powdersville, easley, and piedmont. I know Easley and powdersville has low crime. Not sure about the rest.

First thing, real quick, Williamston is further than 20 minutes. Just didn't want you to start looking there.

Honestly, there are 355 active listings that match your criteria within a 10 mile radius of Falls Park (I just picked that as a landmark). So, you shouldn't have any trouble finding something.

Those homes fall in the following areas:

Easley: 33 (9.30%)
Greenville: 130 (36.62%)
Greer: 65 (18.31%)
Mauldin: 19 (5.35%)
Piedmont: 11 (3.10%)
Powdersville: 2 (0.56%)
Simpsonville: 41 (11.55%)
Taylors: 46 (12.96%)
Travelers Rest: 8 (2.25%)
