It depends on your specific buying criteria, but I'm not sure where to even start. Honestly, considering that there are approximately 1,400 subdivisions in Greater Greenville, I would venture to guess that about 400 match the criteria you stated in your original post.
If you have a few more details, such as price, I'd be happy to give you a list of some that come to mind.
There are several good places to get neighborhood info but I don't want to break the rules by suggesting any one in particular. I will send you a DM.

The OP may want to do some initial hunting on Journal Homes (journalhomes.com), since you can break it down by average price and you can also use their map-based search.
