I need to get some information. I'm considering moving my retired parents in their 60s down to this area from Michigan. I'm thinking around the Easley area so that we're close enough to Greenville for good doctors for my parents and hubby can keep his current stable job.

They don't need assisted living, but I was thinking something along the lines of based on your income, since they're on a fixed income.

If anyone knows of anything or websites please post it so I can look into it. I really appreciate any information anyone can provide.

And anyone know where I could start to find some medical info for good heart doctors, also ones that treat Lupus and Parkinson's Disease?

I was wondering the same thing, although I doubt my parents will ever leave MI. Here is a website though that specializes in helping to find the right housing for parents, and no, I don't work for them!
