Default Need Your Help

Can one of you regulars tell me if there's a kiosk or other place in Haywood Mall that replaces watch batteries?

Also, can anyone recommend a GOOD dry cleaner near Hudson Corners or I-85 and Pelham?

My husband is really picky about dry cleaners. He likes the one on The Parkway, on the left just before you get to the shopping center where Publix is located. Can't think of the name, but it's next to a coffee shop.

I've used the one in the Publix shopping center, next to Monterrey. No complaints.

karat's plus is next to Ruby Tuesday by JCPenney. They used to be a kiosk, but moved into the store there a while back. They replace batteries and also repair jewelry. I have used them several times and think they do a great job and are very affordable.
Hope this helps, Liz

Pretty much any jeweler who sells watches ought to be able to replace watch batteries. I used to date a jeweler, and he said he made pretty good money just replacing batteries!

Thanks goeffandliz and Rapunzll re the watch battery replacement. I should be good to go. Don't know why, but it seems my watch battery always dies right before I go on a vacation.

You'd be surprised the number of jewelry stores that will not replace batteries in watches that they did not sell. I got turned away at several in Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem (before we moved to Greenville) and had to find the sort of jewelry kiosk that PhotogGal is asking about. And I'm talking about Seiko and other "name" brand watches.
