Default Oh Please Help!

Hello!
I am sure this question has been posted 1000 times over, but I hope you can take some time to help me out!

My husband is out of the Army (yeah!) and has accepted a job with Fluor in Greenville. We are selling our home in TN and moving...SOON. We are driving to Greenville on Thursday to meet with a realtor to search for a home. We want a new construction in a development that is family oriented (we have a 10 month old son) and has a pool (husband's request, must be honored) We want to stay south/east of greenville and keep his commute to a reasonable amount. Can you please suggest some neighborhoods/developments that would meet our needs? I would just like to have a more narrowed down playing field when we start our house hunt.

I'm so excited about our move!!! I'm originally from New York and after 3 years in Tennessee, I'm so ready for a change. Greenville sounds wonderful!! Thank you for any help you can give. Susan

You definitly need to be specific about your price range since it varies so much. Here are a few (median priced) that are in the SE corner of Greenville (I am not sure which ones have a pool):

Shoals Crossing (still building)
River Mist (established)
Crescent Creek (still building)
Maple Grove (established)
River Run (stil building)
Reeedy Falls (still building)
Bonnie Brae (established)
Bonnie Vista (established I think?)
Ashmore Springs (still building)
River Ridge (established I think?)
Standing Springs Estates (established)

I'm not sure if these are established neighborhoods or not:
The Grove
Saddler's Ridge
The Brooks
Carrington
Foxdale

I know that is just a few but I hope it helps a little. Good luck in your search.

There are a lot of builders in the area. When you get here, be sure to pick up the real estate books at the grocery store. That will give you a better idea of some of your options. We bought a Ryan home. They have quite a few neighborhoods in the area you are considering. I would recommend checking them out.
