They should file for stupidity and lack of product and service too.

I wonder if they know their customers are eagerly awaiting a buyout or something that ends with better options than Charter can ever hope to provide?

and how, ckeegan! I've been having a continuing problem for almost a year now. One tech comes in and adds an amplifier, another comes in and says it unnecessary and takes it out and yet another comes back and adds it again. It didn't fix the problem the first time why is it going to fix it this time? I'm so fed up they are about to lose some services from me if I have to complain one more time.

I could see why they would go into bankruptcy. 1. They cancel my appointment telling me that my problems are fixed,which it wasnt 2. A tech. came to my house today and all he did was tell me what was wrong with my cable box and internet connection and left. What the hell was the point of making the appointment! 3. I called them tonight to find out what was going to happen and they put me on hold for about thirty five mins. and afterwards the agent told me to call tomorrow.
