can you elaborate? I know the lots aren't huge(mine is .32 acres, thats plenty for me) and i've seen their homes, I just want to know what people think of the company, the quality??

Default Lennar

Just had someone to purchase and the home inspector went every week. He only found a few minor things and they were cooperative in getting them corrected. Sheri is aware of this as we are best of friends. I know you are using her and you are in very good hands.

yeah, that's actually a pretty good size for them; they're usually .018, not much bigger then a welcome mat. We looked at some Lennar homes before we bought, they were okay. If you have a good deal and the inspection turns out okay; go for it. Congrats on the new home.
