He's like Nero. Playing his fiddle while the state goes down in flames. Absolutely dispicable. The scary thing is that a lot of people in the state agree with him.
Sanford would be stupid to except the money. Why would we borrow our own money for stupid things and put our state in even more debt.
FYI...we're going to have to pay it back even if we don't accept it. Another state will take the money if we don't.
