I have co-workers in both Riverwalk and Stonehaven. (both relocated from NY/NJ). The subdivisions are great and have excellent schools. I am relocating from NY, but the price ranges to get into either of these was a little steep for me - both run in the 400k range (375k+).

Thanks! Although we are relocating from TN, I am originally from Long Island! What part are you from? I do not miss the cost of living there at all!!

We currently are in Holbrook. Both my wife and I grew up on Long Island in Oakdale. Joined the AF and lived in TX, England, FL, and then back to NY for 10 years. We are moving to Whitehall Plantation in Simpsonville and will be there in June.
