Hey, at least they aren't on the 6 strike list of ISPs.

As for rankings, Netflix has a pretty good list. Not saying I'm a superfan of charter, but uverse isn't that gooder: The Official Netflix Blog : US & Canada: November ISP Rankings for the USA

We use attic antenna for local channels and Charlotte. Charter for cable channels and internet. Integrated easily with a TiVo. Plus streaming options including Netflix. Also a Roku or similar box is a good choice, and better performance than many Smart TVs.
