Default Brick Pavers---Good Source?

I know I know---another home improvement question.

I am going to be doing a brick paver patio and i was wondering if anybody had any good sources for materials. So far I have priced Upstate mulch for the sand and gravel base---their prices are pretty good. My dilema is in the actual paver material.

Home Depot and Lowes want $0.64 per brick (8"x4")---which is a little steep. I have found some salvage companies that will sell for $0.30 but they are in asheville.

Any suggestions on good fairly priced local place?

Well, the ultimate source for hardscape products (in my opinion) is Madawaska on Wade Hampton, however they can sometimes be a little pricey depending on the material.

You will probably also want to check out Groundmasters on Batesville near Pelham/Hwy 14, and Southern Mulch on Independence Blvd near Roper Mountain/I-385.

I have a crab orchard stone walkway going in tomorrow, so those are the places I checked out.
