Jobs, schools, housing, business in Greenville area
We are considering relaocation to this area and these websites have been a lot of help. A few questions: My husband may transfer through FedEx Freight and I am looking for entry level medical- What is that in S.C.? I would be interested in a unit clerk/office assistant type job, but have no experience/education- Is this possible? Is it hard to get entry-level full-time jobs?
We also would like to know how public and private schools are there. My son will be sixteen and likes dirt biking, soccer and bmx biking. Are these opportunities there for him?
We also run a home business selling chainsaw carvings. He is very talented at it and here it's hard to get what things are worth. Is it possible this area would embrace this art form? We would need a place with enough property to create and display our wares in a well-traveled area and don't want a large mortgage- willing to rent for starters.
I appreciate any answers and a generalization of what life is like there.
