Default We have a house to rent in Taylors

We have a house for rent in Taylors. Do any of you know how I can get it posted at places like BMW or Michelin or any other companies with lots of employees? Also, would it be better to go with a property management company to try to handle it ourselves? Work has taken us out of state and we need to get out house rented out. Thanks.

I can't help with the first bit, but having moved out of town with a house to rent before, I can tell you that you do not want to be an absentee landlord. Get a property management company to help you out, if something goes wrong, and it is bound to, you can't deal with it easily from a distance.

A property management company can be a good way to go, as long as you choose a reputable property management company. Certain property management companies tend to attract a certain kind of clientele.

I would take a look at the other properties that the company is also managing, if the properties are of similar quality or better than yours, then more than likely they are familiar with dealing with the type of people your looking for as tenants.

Default rental property

we transferred to greenville with michelin and went with a property manager, it was arranged by the company, they showed us homes from c dan joyner, caine coldwell and goldsmith, they were all excellent. we settled with c dan joyner. i would not ever rent without a property manager. good luck
