Sienna Garden is on a distinguished road
Default Great Realtor in Spartanburg County (If I'm allowed to ask)

Hello! We need to sell our house in Boiling Springs and are looking for a GREAT, heavy-hitting, competent realtor in Spartanburg County. I would say Greenville area also, but we want someone who will be very available to show our home if a potential buyer calls up and wants to see it quickly.

Am I allowed to ask this question? Please PM me privately if you are not to recommend people publicly.

We are looking for someone with integrity and someone who can get the job done. We are amazed at the number of homes listed around here that have no literature available for people to take. And then, they end up with a big "REDUCED" rider attached to the for sale sign. What is that supposed to do?

We want someone who will actively market our home, including creating "take-one" literature for our home and putting it next to the for sale sign. We also would like to see a realistic competitive market analysis with a recommendation for a realistic listing price. So we need someone who understands the market and current trends in the market very well.

We are about ready (within the next few days) to start the interview process. Thank you so much for any leads.
