I actually lived most of my life in Woodruff going through grades 1-12 in Woodruff. My parents still live there but I moved to Greenville. The schools are actually pretty good, but of course at the time I thought they were way to strict. Woodruff is equally from Spartanburg and Greenville, depending on what part of town you want to go to. You can probably get to both within 20 minutes. To get to the heart of downtown Greenville can take 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Woodruff is a very small town and the major downside I would say is that "everybody knows everybody" but that's tyical in a small town. They only have one grocery store right now (Bi-Lo) but they are building a Food Lion so that can kind of give you an idea of how small. Only 5 red lights in the whole town, but when I was growing up there were only 3, so it's grown a little (I'm 26 now).

Default Woddruff

We have purchased a small home in Woodruff on an bankruptcy sale, and wondered if you had any ideas on how to market it for sale there...any small newspapers, flyers, etc. that are popular there?
