I do not work for Cheesecake Factory and I do not work for Menin (developer of Magnolia Park), but I am involved with the project.

I agree that it's a shame that we are not able to enjoy Cheesecake Factory. You can drive to Charlotte to enjoy the Cheesecake Factory, traffic isn't as bad either.

Would love to know what we have to do to get on here? I am now wondering if Cheddars has replaced the Cheesecake Factory?

That is what I have been wondering for years. Maybe contact the Cheesecake Factory and tell them that one is needed in Greenville. Whenever I am in Greenville and in the mood to eat there I have driven 2 1/2 hours to the one in ATL (Smyrna). I think having one in Greenville would be great if it ever happens.

Is the building next to Cheddars going to be a Cheesecake Factory? It may be wishful thinking on my part, but when you Google images for the Cheesecake Factory, there appears to be a definite similarity in the exterior construction. ??

Been to CCF in Buckhead and Baltimore. IMO.. They need to keep it simple and downsize to just selling cheesecake only. Lose the overhead of a full restaurant and focus on what their know for.
