Default just got back from simpsonville

My wife and 2 children just got back from Simpsonville, (this morning), I drove all night, we were there for 2 days from Tampa. The people were very nice and the area as well. We prefer Simpsonville over Mauldin, we would like to rent for about a year before we buy, there are plenty of homes for sale and very affordable compared to Tampa. I think the move would be good for us. Having said that we heard that the school system in Spartanburg was better rated. Does anyone know about the Spartanburg area compared to Simpsonville? If anyone needs more information on Simpsonville we can answer most questions we researched it thoroughly visited the chamber of commerce and many points of interest in the Greenville and Simpsonville area.

Default So, what's it like??

Hi Jon,
I just posted some questions for KMT on his trip to the Greenville area and wondered if I could get your take on it as well. We are looking for a small town with the small "southern town" feel to it. Conservative, family-oriented that is not overcrowded. Does that sound like Simpsonville to you? I would love to know what you thought of the area. I appreciate your help!
Thanks, Adrienne

Are the schools crowded? What about jobs (office or administration)? Crime?
