I would think you have to report that one to the moderator. I wouldn't be afraid of it, as Greenville said, it is more than likely some stupid kid than a true threat, but still, that is a little over the top.
Who was it? I noticed a lot of new names/profiles on this forum in the past two days.

That should definitely be reported to either a super moderator or an Administrator, mostly on the basis of the direct hatred toward you, which could be perceived as a threat. If someone felt so compelled to hate you, they should have let it be known in front of everyone or simply put differences of opinion aside and tried to get along with everyone in a mature manner. I am guessing the person who sent this has also claimed to be "open-minded" and "tolerant." After reading this person's message to you, I would say he or she is actually closed-minded and intolerant. You may still offer a humble hand of love and peace to this individual, allowing forgiveness an opportunity to heal the wound of separation.

Was not NYB; I don't want him/her to get blamed for something they did not do. It was from a poster that has been here for quite some time, and I was really shocked by the level of pure hatred. We all occasionally say things that we regret, but at the end of the day we're friendly to one another. It takes a lot to shock and offend me, but this one did the trick. |

WOW I'm surprised by the tone of it too and I have my ideas but I'm thinking no it couldn't be "that member". I would definitely report the message as there have been a number of trollers in the forum this week that only want to inflame us with false information about our city and attacks that are unwarranted. You have to remember there are a lot of people unemployed here now and many of them are searching the www all day long.
Where is a mod when you need one?
