Starting up a hot dog cart in upstate SC (Greenville: rent, inspection)

Hi Im trying to start up a hot dog cart in the upstate area. Spartanburg, Greenville, or any area thats within about 45 minutes or so of Spartanburg and I need a commercial kitchen to let me clean my cooking utensils and store a couple packs of hot dogs 3-5 days a week. I will only be in the kitchen maybe 5 or 10 minutes a day. I will pay reasonable rent to the owner of the kitchen, just let me know what you would charge. If you have a kitchen or know of a kitchen I can use please let me know. I have to have it to pass inspection at the health department. Thanks!

honestly I would just walk around downtown and ask. I used to work at Takosushi, its on main near the corner of mcbee, they might let you, also the people who own the cazbah which is right around the corner from that are really nice too, but their kitchen is smaller than a closet so I don't know. Theres about a million restaurants down there though, you are bound to hook up with one somewhere
