You will want to visit the official Greenville County School District website for more specific information about the county's public schools. I can tell you that it is the largest school district in the state and is nearing completion of a massive $1 Billion facilities construction program. The new buildings are top notch and environmentally friendly. More info on the new facilities can be found here (broken link). The area is growing very rapidly and you can expect a very multicultural classroom in most - if not all - of the schools.
The Greenville area is also home to several great private schools.
