He likes to work with his John Deere tractor and I like to be in the garden and just to mess around with the 4-wheeler. I am afraid if snakes though can you tell me about the snakes in your area. The ones in our area are not poisonus and are harmless.
The town we live in now has a nice lake, hardware store,pharmacy,3 stores +gas for grocrie staples, and a doctors office in a pinch. We do have to commute 30 min to the malls and the city of 34000+
Any help and info would be appreciated.

We have a property for sale that sounds like exactly what you are looking for. Beautiful house with barn, detached garage and 9.84 acres all fenced and ready for horses or whatever. It is in Easley (Pickens County). We have city water, natural gas - all the conveniences of a city but in the country. About 20 minutes to downtown Greenville, the malls, etc. We are about 10 minutes to Easley which has several grocery stores, Lowe's/HomeDepot, multiple drug stores, etc. Priced to sell as we have to move to NC to care for my father who has Alzheimers. Not sure if I can post this but you can see the property at thecarolinarealtyteam.com - Dennis Gardner with Coldwell Banker. If you have any questions, you can PM me or contact Dennis.

Our property is 5 miles north of Travelers Rest, almost in Tigerville, and it's exactly 15 miles to Main St in Greenville. Depending on the time of day, it takes 25-35 minutes to get there. It also depends on what kind of work you do- you may find work closer than Greenville, or you may have to travel further than downtown. My wife will (hopefully) work at Greenville Hospital, which is about 3 miles further for us.

I went to his website and the MLS# is 1166985. The pictures don't really do the property justice - its one of those you really need to see to appreciate!
