The only people who may actually know are the developers, however if they still plan to finish the project, the future is definitely uncertain. Last I heard (via a third party rumor), they were apparently looking to sell the property.

That is a prime piece of land, and at this point I would prefer that they sell it so someone else can develop it. Hopefully the work that has already been done on the site would be beneficial for a future developer, rather than a barrier.
