I'd much rather all of it go away. The only people who really want all of this development are the one's who moved to Powdersville in the last 15 years or so. The rest of us were happy living in an area that didn't need alot of traffic lights, restaurants, and bix box stores.

While I understand that sentiment, as any healthy metro area grows, the needs of the "new" people demand more development to supply them. It's a tired cliche, but it's hard to stop progress. My hope is that the inevitable development takes place in the most environmentally-and-aesthetically-conscious manner possible.

Nagoya Japanese Steakhouse is planning to open in the space formerly occupied by Express Italian. Perhaps the second Asian restaurant in Powdersville, after Hong Kong?

Powdersville Town Centre has started construction. Xpress Italian is looking at reopening in Powdersville. They got a deal from the owner of Nagoya they couldn't refuse.
