Sounds good for Powdersville. I'm not clear on where 81 intersects with 153. If traveling on I-85 South, and turning right onto 153, where will these projects be?

Basically at the main intersection of Powdersville near where Bi-Lo is. Do you know where Rite Aid on Highway 153 is? Right across Highway 153 from there where that small shopping center that housed Prudential was is where Windsor Aughtry's development is going: http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=...image&resnum=1 If looking at google maps, on the opposite corner where the forest is located is where the other development is slated to go.

Default 153 & 81

85 South to exit 40, take a right. 2nd redlight where the old Prudential Real Estate Co., and several others were. At the intersection there will be a Rite Aid on the left & a Citgo service station on the right. We just moved to E. Main St. in Easley due to the fact that the building we were in is going to be demolished. Glad to see the growth & we are just around the corner so it will be an easy commute.

Sorry GMan--I didn't see your directions until after I posted.

Based on the information in the article and from people I have talked with, the two locations could be similar to what is indicated on the map below. I don't know the exact size and shape of each tract, so don't hold me to this precise layout. Apparently Ingles is planning to build a new 90,000 square foot supermarket on one of the properties (presumably the yellow one).
