Can we find something?
Hello,
We are looking to relocate to the Greenville-Spartanburg area from Asheville, NC. We want to build a 3600 sqft modular home by Mascot Homes, which is a top of the line modular home and is indistinquishable from a site built home.
We have signed a contract for the house and also for a piece of property in Landrum SC. Unfortunately, Landrum is a place of the haves and have-nots. The land value brought down the house unbelievably and we cannot build there.
We are trying to find a piece of property that we can build on that is not bordered by mobile homes. Our home itself has appraised for 250K without any property.
Many realtors either don't know about Mascot or don't seem to be interested in just finding land. I understand this because they don't make as much commission on land as a house.
Does anyone know of property available or a reputable realtor that could help us? Please help!
