anyone know of any inexpensive rentals available in the area? or property management companies that aren't on here? I have a friend who's looking for a place. thanks!
Interesting; I had never come across that " Rent to own my home" site. Potential buyers are always asking me about that; when I practiced real estate in Ralegh all of the rentals were also in the MLS; not so here. Thanks for posting!

Yeah I don't know about that rent to own site, one of my friends recently found a home on a site that looked similar to that one, contacted the "seller" and found out it was a scam. He actually tracked down the real owner who was renovating the home to put it up for sale and let him know.
That is why I added the note at the bottom. I don't want to discount any of these sites but I don't want ppl to trust them implicitly either.
I haven't updated this list in several years but having all of these sites in one place when I was initially looking to move to Greenville helped me out a lot so I try to help others if I can.
