Hello-
My wife and I with our three kids want to move from Indianapolis,Indiana to Greenville county ( travelers rest area ?). However, finding a SAFE place with good schools and employment opportunities are like finding a needle in a hay stack. I had called the Travelers Rest police department to find out about an apartment complex, at which point they said to stay away from that one. I guess, what I am asking is where is a safe, reasonable price area to live in Greenville county.
Any help we would greatly appreciate-
Thanks Matt

I know that someone else posted this in the last week or two, but I can't seem to find the thread right now.

The County has a mapping program that shows crime stats here:

Greenville County, South Carolina GIS

The only drawback that I see is that the individual city stats don't seem to be included.
