Here are some pictures of the old strip mall at the intersection of Hwy. 153 & Hwy.81 intersection being demolished. Powdersville will be growing soon!

Pardon if this has already been discussed, but do we know what will replace this strip center?

Default strip center

Heard that a CVS is coming on that corner. The road behind it is supposed to be closed off (they are clearing that now). I can't promise but hear that will be a Target. Will keep you posted. If anyone knows more feel free to correct me. Rumor has it that Ingles may move from Hey. 81 but none of this has been confirmed. I have asked, but not found out anything solid.

it hasn't been deemed official yet, but I have it from a good source that there will be a target, a cvs and a walgreens, a walgreens and a cvs? yes I know weird, but that's what I heard, oh and they did announce that they had plans for at least one grocery store to be in that location I believe , which I also find weird, because bilo is right there, but I guess we will see!

We have heard all kind of rumors on what is coming! They are moving fast on the property, so hopefully we will find out soon. It was sad watching the building coming down, but I am happy that we had to move our location for progress! Powdersville needs to have more shopping and this will be great for the area.

According to datafax, Ingles and CVS will be coming. No mention of Target.

Yes. They're going to close that one when the new one opens.
