I noticed the grass seed last night on my way home, I was wondering, thats really too bad, especially with all the work they did (demolition, moving houses, grading the land, moving that road) guess its just not meant to be right now.

I just joined this forum and have been reading through the posts. I would love to see the Target project move ahead in Powdersville. I am in Easley, and I rarely make it to Target because it's just to far out of my way. I absolutely hate driving on Woodruff Rd. I would love to see Whole Foods come to this side of town as well. I go there whenever I am on that side of Greenville, but again, I really hate Woodruff Rd. Having those two store in Powdersville would be ideal.

Boring machine for soil testing and workers on Target site. Wouldn't be there unless something is planned.

Something is going on because some plans are moving forward.

Soil testing is usually done to make sure the site is ready to proceed to the building stage. You must have firm ground to build on.

Ohhh...I knew all that. I thought you were saying that you had some inside info about what is planned for the site. Misread your post.

so nobody knows anything? I'm worried it's just going to be the rumored Ingles move.
