Family playground planned on Woodruff Road | greenvilleonline.com | The Greenville News

I am surprised no one else has mentioned this today. What are your opinons on this. Is it somewhere you will go and take your family?

Looks like a reject Dave and Busters. Oh wait, it is. I plan to check it out. Maybe it will be nice. Who knows. And it will add jobs which are important too.

There's only one non-smoking bowling alley in Greenville, and that's AMF on Pleasantburg. A NICE nonsmoking bowling alley will be awesome! Sounds like fun to me!

We refuse to set foot in a smoked filled bowling alley, or any smoking establishment for that matter. The fact that smoking indoors in 2010 is still allowed is embarrassing. Thankfully, we're one of the few places in the country where it's still legal, but even that is changing.

A bowling alley and laser tag for the kids and a martini bar for the parents to get wasted; this sounds like a bad Saturday Night Live skit, not a real business. I read the comments by the readers in the link; not too enthused.

Looks like another reason to avoid Woodruff Rd to me. If Whole Foods wasn't there, I would never go there either. Until the drivers of Greenville realize you can't pull into an intersection and just block it (maybe cops should actually give out tickets to these morons?), or until that traffic nightmare is otherwise addressed, no more development should occur on that stretch of road.

I agree with Art 100%. Woodruff Rd: doing what no politician could do; bringing a liberal and a conservative together on an issue.
