when did true fitness in mauldin close? (lease, bankrupt)

i just rolled by there, and see an available sign and said WTF?

empty on fri afternoon?

did todd go broke or bankrupt the owner? wouldnt doubt it as he leased the bldg for what 6k a month?

i mean i remember he was in real esate unless that went bust and supposedly owned powerhouse in batesville area

damn, gonna have to leave upstate for good whole are turned to crap in last 3yrs,

I believe sometime in November it closed, somewhere in that time frame. Dont know the details though
