The Town of Pelzer has had a certain brewery contact them, applying to put another location of their brewery along with an outdoor event venue at the lower mill site.
Only words by the towns was that it is a very well known brewery in the upstate.
The same company that will develople the Pelzer lower and upper mill sites will also develop the Piedmont and Williamston sites.
I posted a question on Kazoku's Facebook page and they responded that they are waiting for a new sign to be delivered to cover the old Arby's sign. The old Arby's sign is built into the building and doesn't leave an option to remove it.
I saw a 'coming soon' sign for an Italian restaurant (something like "Viva Villa", which I know is a Mexican restaurant, but...something like that ) out front when I drove by today.
I'm not sure if they're moving in instead, if the placement is misleading, or what. Kazoku's Facebook page hasn't had any updates in about a month, but it's hard to imagine plans changing that quickly.

Yeah I saw that last week, I was the one that originally thought Arby's was coming back due to seeing the old sign on the building. Man was I sad about that, but yeah it looks like Kazoku is not coming back and its something new now.
