The old Panera Bread in Taylors near Target is closed and the new Panera Bread in Greer near the intersection of Wade Hampton and Buncomb is now open. The new location seems like it would be a little harder to access given the amount of traffic in that area but it does have a drive-thru for takeout orders.

Looks like the First Watch in Simpsonville is getting closer to opening. I expect it sometime next month. Signs are up and furniture is inside.

Flying Biscuit Cafe is opening downtown next week despite missing their initial opening plans by 9 months.

I give it 7 months.

The gas station on Clark and 9 is looking more like a big Circle K than a Spinx now.
