Is that a step up, or a step down from the prior SOS Thrift Store that relocated?

Forgot about them. What happened to them? Rarely do you see a thrift store close.

They moved to Wade Hampton and Rutherford Rd. There was a furniture store there previously. Behind Hardees.

This was a short lived Kimbrell's Furniture. Several other places have been in this space before with short tenures. I recall the original tenant, Ace Hardware, opening over 20 years ago and lasting about 4 or 5 years.

Yes. There are three retail spaces that don't have tenants assigned with them yet. They might have all been leased just not announced.

Right. I figured that might very well be the case (leased but not announced), I just hadn't heard any official announcements so I wanted to make sure I hadn't missed them. It will be interesting to see who they have/who eventually gets them.

I still think a West Elm would do fantastically there.

Green Lettuce restaurant (fka Tender Greens) is finally open as well. They specialize in fresh salads and are vegan-friendly.

Don't forget about the new Sip wine/social rooftop bar.
