Does anyone have any opinion of/experience with First Presbyterian Academy Preschool on Washington St? We are trying to decide where to put our child next year and this is one of the few places with an open slot. Also, same question regarding Shannon Forest Christian School. Thanks in advance.

check out George's Creek, they're located in Easley. I hear great things about them.

Unfortunately, I can't give my personal experience but I have heard great things about the school from my friends in Greenville. We are moving to Greenville from outside of the country (we are American though - just coming back home to the South I am sending my 3 kids there next year based on recommendations and my interaction with the staff at FPA. My impression is that it is a caring, Christ-centered and engaging program. It sounds perfect for our family - I guess we will see!

We go to Christ Church (preschool and school) but have a ton of friends at First Pres and they all love it. I can't really tell you much about Shannon Forest; we have two sets of friends who kids went there but they have both switched to Southside. The main reason I have been told for the switch is that both families have middle/high school aged children and they liked the fact that Southside had more activities and larger student body.
