Default Parkins Grove?

Is anyone familiar with the Parkins Grove community off of 85 near Duval?
Close to ICAR and Hitachi.

I am not familiar with that particular community, but do know that the Parkins Mill area is a very nice one. It appears on the map that Parkins Grove is located right off of I-85. There are plenty of dense trees which block the view of the interstate though, so the noise of traffic would be the main negative effect in that regard. The photos show what appears to be a decent neighborhood in the city.

Thanks. We actually bought a house there. Closing is expected to be July 28.
Our house is on a corner lot surrounded by roads on 3 sides and an empty lot on the forth. It is close to 85 and you can hear the traffic. I suspect in the winter we will be able to see the highway. I grew up 1 block from an elevated train in NY, you get used to it. The noise won't bother us.

This house is good for us since we have two dogs and I didn't want to worry about dogs or kids on the other side of the fence.

It's just close to the water treatment plant.

Ah, yes. Hotter evenings in August will produce a negative effect to that particular localized area around I-85. Good luck in your new home!
