Pivotal is pretty cool and large. In my opinion, the best fitness center in the area is the Life Center: http://www.ghs.org/Content.aspx?id=100 Also, check out SportsClub, ZX Fitness and YMCA.

Total Fitness will host a ground breaking ceremony this weekend to kick-off its next phase of expansion on S.C. 81 between Powdersville and Wren. The new multi-level building will include a full-size indoor basketball court, an indoor pool, cardio theater, group sports aerobic arena, wi-fi cafe & lounge, personal training studio, and more.
The master plan includes a regulation collegiate football field, 400M regulation 8-lane track, a new regulation outdoor basketball court, two regulation little league baseball fields, a new concession building, and a regulation tennis court.
I'm another vote for Sportsclub. Great facilities, great atmosphere, and very well run.
