NV - wow, thanks for sharing your experience. Sounds like you really were able to share a lot of yourself with this person whom you had never met before. She's cutting her teeth as a writer, though, so it makes sense. Interesting story.

Looking for housing is going to be a real bearcat, but, getting the job is the hardest accomplishment, and that is already done. We'll find some housing, and, we can always move again (gulp!!) if we have to. Or buy a RV! I'm at least partly serious when I say that, too.

Today looks busy! I have to go to physical therapy for my arm, walk my friends older dog in another town as she is working long hours and then come home and try to find a good central air repair service and see what kind of $$ this problems will cost.
Bubba seems to feel better today. Tomorrow is his tests. Can't feed him so that will be hard.
Hope everyone has a blessed day!

We are making progress towards finding a house in Wenatchee, Ephrata, Quincy or possible even a bit north of Wenatchee in a small town called Entiat. Basically anything in Wenatchee is going to be about a third over-priced. And houses in Quincy, which is 30 miles away, shouldn't be too expensive but house owners in some surrounding towns like Cashmere, Leavenworth and yes, Quincy, are charging too much. My pay will cover them, it'll just take some meat and potato money off the table a bit. But we'll manage.

It is sunny and 79▫️ right now in Grandview, and it will remain like this for the next ten days. It will get a bit hotter for a few of those days. Everyone enjoy their Monday's!

Exactly, elston. That's the aspect that makes things difficult. We may buy an RV. Somewhat serious about that, actually.

PLEASE keep my Bubba in your prayers/positive thoughts today...it's testing day!

Consider it done, cyn!

I went on line to check house rentals in your area elko.....and they all said "no pets" or "small pet considered".....a chow isnt in that catagory....and your pets arent in the singular.

Are there places to put an RV? with hook ups and services?

Cyn thinking of you and Bubba........good luck.

Thank you elko and elston!
That means so much to me.........
Got the A/C fixed this morning--had to replace the fan but still cost so much--ugh!
Cool and rainy today.
Wishing you the best of luck elko in your home search! An RV can be quite nice!
Hope everyone has a blessed day!

Good news! The Doctor said Bubba was a model patient and he found no serious problems. A little irritation in his lower intestine which is pretty normal for an older dog. He took Bubba off all his medications except Pepto-Bismo and Fast-Balance if needed! What blessed news. Bella was so lost without him here--me too. Now we are all snuggled together!
Now to pay for these new bills! Just pray for a break from problems for awhile now!
Work tonight.
Have a blessed day everyone!
