The guys are here replacing my old a/c unit and then going to put in the new. They are having to take my old one apart to remove it from the attic and taking the doors off the attic stairway to get it down. Really loud sounds but in my heart I know they know what they are doing. My cats aren't sure! They are very nervous. But once we have a cool home they will love it I am sure! Still saying prayers that all goes smoothly and thank you elston for your added prayer!

You also have my best wishes for you to get your new A/C in and running, cyn. Going to be great - it's so hot down here and we're on a constant 73 degrees with ours so we know why you're needing that. They'll make sure you're taken care of.

cyn after I replaced my old A/C when we move in to this house........I was told that the copper coils in the old one are quite valuable as scrap.....it wouldnt hurt to ask your guys if they are giving you a credit toward the new unit for the value of the copper in the old one. Can't hurt to ask. It wouldnt hurt to offer them some cold water after they get the work done and before asking about the copper.
It's up and going!! Yes!!! They have a couple of things they still want to check--another day but all is working well now. It is taking time to cool off the house since it has been so hot in the attic and back of the house. But cool air is coming out!!!!

Had so wicked storms here last night but got some much needed rain! It's been so hot many lawns are very dry! A/C is working--had to have another tech come out and add some Freon last night since it lost some when they put in the new unit. Hopefully all is well now. Just to many problems this week and I have been very over whelmed--really trying to get my positive back now!
