Have a nice visit cyn......I will be thinking of you guys. I understand you are anxious....I find myself having to think to take a breath at the thought of how hard it is to make a new friend.....after all you have been thru......and as the years have gone by....and your social circle has shrunk....it is harder and harder. You are a brave and special lady....and a friendship isnt too much for which to ask.

Whew...we made it! Smile. I know he was so happy to have a person to do something with...he was just beaming! We went to dinner and then came home and sat on my porch and talked. I will tell more later but for now just wanted to say it is good to get out of my comfort zone. Hard, oh yeah...but good.

Same to you, Dude111! cyn - share more about your meeting if you can and I'm glad it helped you "push your comfort zone" levels somewhat. Not an easy thing to do, no, but I'm glad you did it! Everyone get good rest tonight - I'm exhausted from work at the hospital today. Wow - really tired. Good night!

Had to smile elston--really there are no details other then what I posted--when I mentioned I'd tell more later it was only that he brought me a lovely rose in a vase (how sweet) and that we are planning breakfast on Friday. Other then that there isn't much more to tell except that this man is a gentleman. I hope to just keep it simple and just enjoy the company!
It was so strange this morning at 5am--I swear I heard someone calling out to me in a female voice--by my full first name which no one ever uses. I woke myself up by answering a couple of times. Very odd.
Today is my therapy day. I was going to come home and mow some more but it looks a lot like rain so we'll see. Have a blessed day everyone!

Hmmmmm Cyn ? Did your mother call you by your full name? Who did use your full name? Was it your maiden name or your married name? Now I do want "details", about the dream. Was it a female voice or a male voice? Inflection? Was there a visual aspect to the dream?

I was sound asleep and a female voice called my name 2 times when I answered I woke myself up. It sounded a little between official and angelic if that makes any sense! My mother never used my full first name. There was no last name mentioned. I don't remember if I was in a dream or just heard the voice. I don't recall anyone using my full first name for personal communicating. No visual aspect. Just left me feeling odd.

Well......most of my theories are discounted by your answers.....it doesnt sound like it came from someone who had passed on calling you. The alternative of it being "angelic" even an "official angelic message" sounds plausible to me....or it could be the inner you....making contact with ......you. In dream state....."talking to yourself".

I am sure it is nothing to worry about.

I did keep telling my new friend that what I am grieving most right now is not knowing who I am, and yes I am grieving the loss of my DH but this is a part of that!
