It gets better, day-by-day. I've found remembering the good times makes me feel better.
Try talking to him in private, outside etc. It doesn't quit hurting but sometimes it helps.
So sorry for your loss.

I actually talk to him out loud everyday.I have a pic of him and me on my stand and talk to him. I would talk to him everyday on phone before he died. He called every day to talk to me and kids. Anything that was going on with us I would call and tell him or ask what he thought. I turned to him for everything. He would do anything the kids or I needed. I can't believe I still cry as much as I do still.

Aww, my dear, your grief and pain is relatively "new" in the world of grief and mourning. It WILL get better but it will never go away completely. You will just learn to deal with it better. My mom has been gone 24 years this coming June 2nd, it still hurts. Dad has been gone 12 1/2 years, it still hurts. My husband has been gone going on 5 years, still hurts a lot. I have learned to not cry as much. I STILL cry once in a while over Mom and Dad, more over hubby but not constantly like I used for all three of them when their times came. I mean constant crying. I used to even cry in my sleep and wake up crying! It will get better. Time is the only healer.
