I'm so sorry.

Sometimes at night, with the door closed and our two fur slugs downstairs, I feel a cat jump up on my bed. It's comforting in a way.

I hope you will find comfort.

I hope it was at least peaceful. How thoughtful of you to put on classical music and light a nice scent in the room for him...I can't think of a classier way to go.

My condolences on your loss...may he find his way to the bridge and meet all of our pets that have moved on from this earth, shedding their mortal shells.
