One of my classmates in college died suddenly early this week. He was only 53 and taking the class to fill his time because he really wanted to learn the subject. I had class with him for 2 semesters, and I plan on going to the wake with a few other people from the class. However, the arrangements for the wake and funeral still have not been posted. I was invited by a friend to see a concert tonight, but I am hesitant to go because I am afraid the wake will take place today, at very short notice. Logically, I feel like the wake would be today or tomorrow, so I still haven't taken the concert tickets until I know for sure. I know it's different for everybody, but do you think it is possible that the wake will be later today if the arrangements still have not been posted, or will it likely be sometime over the weekend? I know this question may seem selfish because of the concert, but I really don't want to miss the wake for it.

I usually check out funeral home websites.

They get the info out real quick.
