I was reading the signs thread and it was lovely.
The thing is that I haven't had any signs from my grandma. I pretty much spent my whole life with her and nothing. I don't even see her in dreams. Other family members have had weird things happen and even my nephew said that she was on the pitching mound during his no hitter.
Anyone else have a similar situation? I don't cry or sulk about it but I wish she'd come but maybe one day? It's been over 7 months and nothing.

If I got a sign, and believe me I was looking for one, I don't know what it was. I was hoping and hoping for one, but alas if one came, I didn't recognize it. Very disappointed. I don't buy that finding pennies or butterflies stuff to be credible. I told my husband before he died that if he contacted me to make sure it was unquestionable. I still keep looking for a sign everyday. It's been 2 and one half years and nada.

Makes me very sad.

I don't see signs or feel my loved ones around me and it has bothered me before. Ultimately though, I think signs are something people hold onto for comfort, and if it helps them, that's good. I carry my loved ones in my heart, I often hear my mom's voice in my own, and that's enough for me.

Perhaps you have gotten nada because you're not open to more.

No butterflies here but I did get a firefly.

It is my personal belief that we receive communication only if we really need it. So if you don't get any, it may mean that you are just not open to it or it may mean that you are doing OK without it, and don't really need it to carry on with your life. I haven't had any for over 2 years, and that's OK.

I hope it doesn't come. I hated/loved my late husband but I don't want to argue with him anymore. He came to me once and the argument started. I don't ever want to have that dream again!

Don't expect a thunderclap but watch for the twinkle.
