Picklejuice, I worked with someone who was going through that. She was due in a month when they determined baby had died. She had to wait a few weeks before being induced. She still came to work. It was a office desk job no public contact so that help. She let people know what was going on and asked that we not ask questions. It was so heart breaking. I don't think there was a day that went by that someone wasn't crying. It wasn't a large office but I didn't know her well. I never did find out why they don't induce right away, it doesn't seem to be a good idea to wait but there must be some reason.
