I just want to say I get it, you are not alone. It has been over 3 years since my mom, and I am still grieving (however one wants to define that - the never-ending ache and longing, I suppose).

Counseling is a good bet for you. I know it’s a sensitive subject but you can’t bring him back. You need to think of yourself and children. Go to a grief counselor and get some help. This is impacting your life.
