Adoptions from Hell- Yes, it Happens

Hey, I'm Six. I was adopted at birth into a kinda screwed up family, well my alcoholic marine corp abusive father being the most difficult part. I finally met my birth mother two years ago and she is great but told me she has no idea who my father is. So being that my dad was so dysfunctional meeting my birth father has always been my main wish. So not really an adoption from hell but it has its issues.

Adoptions are supposed to be rewarding to the heart but no one wants to speak out about the ones from hell. The enviroment that a child is nurtured in -in many cases have no bearing on their outlook in life. It's their DNA that makes them who they are. As heart breaking as it may be to hear- through this group I am going to give twenty fours years worth of a devasting account of what I have gone through having adopted an infant who is now twenty four.
I hope that as mean-spirited as much of this may read at times it winds up validating someone else's similar experiences and thoughts.
I hope I never say anything that I wish I could reel back in but, it may happen. This is my platform to get it out of my heart (having bottled it up and believing as time goes on things will get better and never ever having shared my thoughts with anyone) and move forward with my life and hopefully, never look back.
